Privacy — AQUA Cronos

Data used

• Lesson or training title, numeric identifiers, laps, times, rankings and locally stored history.
• Audio and transcription used only during user-initiated speech recognition.
• Consent choices and technical data needed to display authorized advertising.
• Product, purchase status and entitlement supplied by the App Store through StoreKit.

Processing and capabilities

Sessions are stored locally and CSV/PDF exports are shared only after a user action. Speech recognition uses Apple services and the app does not retain audio files. Google UMP gathers applicable choices and Google Mobile Ads starts only when privacy settings allow advertising. The app does not access Photos or use generative AI. PRO Lifetime is an optional non-consumable purchase processed by the App Store through StoreKit; Apple handles payment and the app reads only the product and verified entitlement needed to activate or restore features.

Purposes

• Store and display session history, laps, times and rankings on the device.
• Recognize numeric identifiers spoken by the user when they activate the voice feature.
• Create CSV or PDF files and deliver them to the destination selected by the user.
• Gather privacy choices and, when permitted, load and display advertising.
• Read, verify and restore the PRO Lifetime entitlement through StoreKit.

Storage and retention

• Sessions remain on the device until they are individually deleted from History or the app is removed. The language preference remains until the app or its data is removed.
• The app does not save audio files. Audio is used only during a recognition session started by the user.
• Exported files remain under the control of the selected destination. Advertising choices and data follow Google UMP/Google Mobile Ads settings.
• The app does not receive or retain payment details. Apple maintains purchase history; the app reads the current entitlement through StoreKit.

• Apple Speech and AVFoundation, for speech recognition and temporary audio capture.
• Apple App Store and StoreKit, to display the product, process the purchase and verify or restore the PRO Lifetime entitlement.
• Google User Messaging Platform, to gather and review applicable privacy choices.
• Google Mobile Ads, to load and display advertising only when requests are permitted.

Your controls

• Microphone and speech recognition require system permission and are activated only by a user action.
• When Google UMP requires privacy options, they can be reviewed in the app Settings.
• PRO Lifetime is optional. The purchase is confirmed by the App Store and can be restored in the app Settings with the same Apple account.
• Sessions can be individually deleted from History after an explicit confirmation.
• The app does not require names: use numeric identifiers only and avoid entering full names or sensitive information in the session title.

Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You may also withdraw consent through the available system or in-app controls. Contact the AQUA privacy channel and identify the product in the subject.
